Ratafia
Of Champagne
He belongs to the spirits circle but its real family is champagne wines. Maison Guilleminot has decided to expand its range by including a champagne ratafia. It is traditionally served when rings “le cochelet”. This is the name of the meal that ends the harvest period. But it is obviously with pleasure that you can serve it with every aperitif. To obtain a good ratafia, champagne marc brandy (50°) is added to grape must (unfermented grape juice). Then it hangs four years in the tanks.
